  • I stumbled across this bit on the interwebs.  This was a note that Mike Donehey from Tenth Avenue North sent to an aspiring musician.  I thought it was a good slap to my ego and a good gut check,  and wanted to share.

  • Sometimes we, the creation, try to decide who God, the creator, is.  How obnoxious and arrogant is that?  We do not get to decide who God is.  It can be frustrating to not fully understand God, but it is absurd for us to think we have any right to try and contain God in some “box” that we are capable of comprehending.  How limited of a god that would be?

It is good to know Him and be known by Him.
